Pancakewiches

Primal Peppercorn’s Pancakewiches

2 Ripe Bananas
¼ cup Honey
2 Eggs
1 cup Almond Meal/Flour
½ cup Ground Flax Seed
1 cup Almond Butter

Looking for a more primal alternative to the traditionally BORING pancakes found on the planet Earth?  How about giving these lumps of love a shot?  Putting together the recipe for these breakfast cakes was easy-peasy….Well except for stealing the honey from that colony of Buzzbings!  Did you know they have stingers on their back legs too?!  Criminy!

Preparation: 

Paleo Pancakes:

Mix all ingredients well.  As a matter of fact, mash the snot out of it and blend it to a batter-like consistency.  Cook well on a hot griddle with some Coconut Oil as lubricant.  Did I say lubricant?  Serve as the top and bottom of the Primal Pancakewich, or topped with some Buzzbing Honey and some Grass-Fed Oxian Butter.  You could also supplement with a side of Warpig Uncured Bacon.   Pretty much no better meal to fuel a day of risky field science!  Enjoy!

Sausage Patties:

Get some ground sausage, beef or pork.  Season as needed with some sea salt and pepper, mix well by hand.  Make hamburger-sized patties out of the ground meat, then cook on a hot skillet with some coconut oil for lube.  Cook until desired “doneness” is achieved!

BUILDING YOUR PANCAKEWICH:

Use the pancakes as the buns, build a sandwich with a fried egg, bacon strips and meat patties.  Drizzle some organic, pure maple syrup on top and serve.  BOOM.  That just happened.

Way healthier than the crap you can buy at a fast-food joint.  Totally primal. Totally Paleo. Totally Wildstar.
