Additional Workouts

Need more workouts? What’s that?  You’re all done with the initial 4 weeks of workouts?  Now you’re craving more?  G4G has you covered.  Below you will find a downloadable document with a metric crap-ton of additional workouts.    Take a close look, however.  Some of the workouts on the document might be a little too tough for your level.  Scale down the reps and the more difficult movements to fit your individual needs.  As usual, if you have any questions, hit me up via email at .

NOTE:  Most of these workouts are designed for minimal to no equipment.  If you belong to a gym or have access to additional equipment such as Kettlebells, Barbells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, Pull-Up bars, Rings and more, feel free to hit me up.  I can give you more variety in your workouts with some of those types of resistance tools.
