The Frag Game

Getting schooled at PvP today? Make it hurt. For every time you get fragged in your game of choice, get out of your gaming chair and do 10 pushups. As a matter of fact, here’s a little simple program to get you started:
Keep your reps to a minimum of 10. Alternate between Pushups, Sit-Ups and Burpees. Every time your character dies, do one set of the movement of your choice, alternating movements. Here’s some examples:
First-Person Shooters: You get fragged. Get up and do 10 pushups. Continue gaming. Get fragged again, do 10 Sit-Ups. Continue gaming. Take another headshot, get up and do 10 burpees. It’s a perfect way to eat up time while your respawn timer ticks down. As you level up your fitness, try 10 of each movement per character death. If you suck at the game, at least you’ll get ripped.
Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games (MMORPG’s): Since your character typically dies less in MMO’s than FPS games, do a set of each movement when you die. For example, you would do 10 pushups, 10 Sit-Ups and 10 Burpees in a row. Guaranteed to make your heart rate rise. If you’re really good at your MMO and don’t die much, do a set of your choice every time you complete a quest or zone into a new area. Imagine how many World of Warcrack addicts would be in top shape if they just followed a simple program like this and ate like Grinds 4 Gamers followers…..
Turn-Based Strategy Games: On every turn (or every other turn), do 10 pushups and so on. Lose on a turn? Punish yourself with one more round.
Racing Games: Every time you don’t come in 1st or 2nd place, do a full set of 10 pushups, 10 situps and 10 burpees!
Or, make it simple on yourself. For every 30 minutes in any game, do a full set 10 pushups, 10 sit-ups and 10 burpees. After just 2 hours of gaming, you will have performed 40 pushups, 40 sit-ups and 40 burpees (Kash is good at the Maths)! That’s a decent workout by any account!
What’s the bottom line here, folks? Get out of the chair every once in awhile and DO SOMETHING! You owe it to yourself. You owe it to your family.
Improve your end-game.
