Paleo Food List
If you’ve read through the page on eating clean using the paleo method, you’ve probably got a good idea of what you should be eating to maximize your health and melt the fat. But I know gamers, we like “Easy Mode”. So here’s the list for your quest to the food vendor. Don’t stray! Choose the foods that sound the best to you. Make sure you purchase enough food from each group to fill your plate portions!
Notice the lack of grains, pastas and legumes (beans)! Those items used in excess can cause internal inflammation and they are the reason people get fat. Quite simply, eliminate them from your diet when following the paleolithic method and watch the fat shred off. This is your master list of CLEAN FOODS!
Bacon (Not a typo. Eat it. You’re welcome.)
Grass Fed Beef
Chicken Wings (yum!)
New York Steak
Bear (You might have to go huntin’ with Ol’ Kash for some of this!)
Eggs (duck, chicken or goose)
Wild Boar (World of Warcraft, anyone?)
Rattlesnake (Yes, effing Rattlesnake)
Red Snapper (mind out of the gutter, dudes)
Shark (without the freaking lasers)
Note: Stay away from processed meats like Spam, hot dogs, chicken nuggets, etc. They are usually made from animal lips and buttholes and they will cause a nasty debuff.
Avocado (technically a fat source and actually a fruit, but where the hell else should I put it?)
Peppers (All Kinds)
Cauliflower (you’re gonna make this into rice, believe it or not)

Note: The five veggies above are dense complex carbohydrates and great for post-workout replacement and refueling. If you are not working out, eliminate these!
Grass fed Butter
Ghee (clarified butter)
PRO-TIP: Notice the lack of peanuts? Peanuts are NOT actually nuts. They are legumes. Stay away!
Avocado (technically……you know the drill)
NOTE: Consume fruits in moderation as they are high in sugar! Remember they are a portion of the last quarter of your plate. Share that space sparingly with the nuts/fats/oils! Don’t overdo the fruits.
