The Quest Map to Your Fitness!
Nobody embarks on an adventure without an area map, right? In the same light, I’d never expect you to start a fitness program without some direction. I’ve compiled a series of video demonstrations from YouTube to help you learn the movements you will encounter in your G4G workouts. As you watch these videos and incorporate the movements into your workouts, I want you remember this basic concept: Technique and form are the most important aspect of these movements! Concentrate on going slow and assuring you are performing the movements correctly. You will not only lower your risk of injury by doing so, you will also maximize your range of motion and learn good habits right off the bat! Many of the videos include variations on the movements. Remember, everything is scalable. If you find a movement that you absolutely cannot perform, it’s not a problem. We can find a similar movement to match your skill level.
