I’m a dedicated husband, father, gamer, Crossfit Coach, and self-proclaimed Paleo Chef. I am the founder of MOG Nation Gaming, a gaming community for adults and working professionals. When I’m not being a family man, a coach or a gamer, I work in the real-world as a Fire Captain/Paramedic/Arson Investigator.
WHY GRINDS 4 GAMERS?
Grinds 4 Gamers began as an article series I wrote on the importance of a good diet as a gamer. It has since manifested into full website integration with numerous articles, recipes and videos that can teach you how to maximize your health points. The gaming community has given so much to me, I felt indebted to give something back. So here I am. I stand at the ready to help you. It’s all delivered by a standard geek, probably not unlike yourself. I’m into pixels, swords & shields , space ships, lightsabers, elves and orcs. I just also happen to be into a primal lifestyle where I EAT CLEAN & TRAIN DIRTY. Join me, I’ll happily show you how.
Despite being proud of my mental toughness and strict lifestyle, I’m a real sucker for a good cheat day, sinking into my lazy chair and hanging out with my family. My true interest lies in helping people succeed with their goals. G4G has always been a dream of mine and I’m humbled you’re a part of it.
